Spicy Rice and Meatballs Recipe
Look at me back with another recipe or whatever. So today I’ll be explaining how I made this lovely spicy rice and meatballs dish that tasted so good, all of you just have to try it.
The ingredients I used are as follows:
-basmati rice
-ground beef
-flour
-seasoning
-barbecue sauce
-Worcestershire sauce
-grated tomato
1.My favorite kind of rice is Basmati because of how easy it is to cook and it tastes too good. I washed the rice thoroughly until the water was clear and not white anymore. I put it to boil in a pot with enough water and covered it with a lid then started working on my meatballs.
2.I seasoned the ground beef and made it super spicy with Chilli and paprika along with other spices then mixed in some flour so it’s easy to mould into balls when I start making the meatballs.
3.I rolled the meatballs and begun to fry them in a pan with oil until they were golden brown and cooked inside.
4.After they finished cooking, I put them in a separate bowl to cool down. The pan had beef remainings and grease left so I poured the grated tomato into that and cooked it thoroughly. This is to make the gravy for the meatballs.
5.When the tomatoes were completely cooked, I mixed barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce in a separate cup of water and poured it into the tomato gravy in the pan. It started to simmer and this was to add flavour and make the gravy for the meatballs.
6.As soon as it thickened, I put the meatballs back in then mixed it in forming a stew.
7.By the time the meatballs were done, the rice on the stove was ready to eat as well.
8.I mixed a portion of rice in a bowl with a few meatballs and gravy. When stirring it in, I crushed the meatballs with a fork cause it was easier for me to eat like that and it hit.
