Sausage and Potato Recipe

Hey guys, I’m back with another recipe and this time we’re making some saucy sausage on some fried potatoes.

The ingredients I used are:

-potatoes 

-sausages

-flour

-milk

-butter

-seasonings and spices 

1.So I first washed the potatoes and cut them up with the skins still on cause I love fried potatoes with the skin on. The crunch just adds to it. 

2.I began to season them and fry them in some butter until they turned brown. When I saw the colour change, I’d add water until they soften and keep frying then add more water.

3.While the potatoes were cooking, I started frying the sausages until they were golden brown. Once brown, I put them in a separate plate to cool down before cutting them.

4.By this time, the potatoes are properly fried and ready to be eaten so I removed them from the pan and put them on a plate. Make sure they’re seasoned ofccc.

5.When the potatoes cooled down, I cut them up into bite size pieces so I can add them to the sauce.

6. The white sauce I made by melting a tablespoon of butter in a pan and adding another tablespoon of flour to it and mixing well so it doesn’t form lumps. Once mixed, I poured some milk in and stirred til it thickened. I kept stirring and stirring until it thickened and then adding some salt and pepper for taste. 

7.Once it was done, I dumped the cut up sausages into it and gave it a good stir. I then drizzled it onto the plated potatoes and it was ready to eat.
