Air-fried Cheesy Potatoes Recipe

Because I’m every potato’s biggest fan, I’m back with another potato recipe. So I’m gonna tell you guys how I made these amazing air-fried potatoes with melted cheese on them.

The ingredients I used are:

-potatoes 

-seasonings

-parsley and herbs

-mozzarella 

-cheddar 

1.I washed the potatoes and cut them up into bite size pieces still with the peel on them. This is mostly because I like how crunchy the skin gets when the potatoes are fried. It just adds something to it yk.

2.When the potatoes were ready to be cooked, I put them in the air fryer at about 180 degrees Celsius for like 20 minutes. I’d check on them at intervals to turn them so they cook evenly cause I genuinely hate when they’re burnt at certain sides and raw on others like eww no.

3.As soon as the potatoes were done cooking, I grated a bunch of cheese over them and put them back in the fryer. You can use whatever cheese you want but I chose mozzarella and cheddar cause I like how stringy the mozzarella is and how sharp cheddar tastes.

4.After the cheese melted over them I added some parsley and herbs over it as a garnish and to taste a lil bit. It was then ready to be devoured.
